12. General Terms and Conditions:

1. The session duration starts from the time the specialist enters the room.
2. The reservation may be cancelled if the session is more than ten minutes late, and the reservation will be rescheduled according to the available possibility.
3. Reservations are recorded and invoices are printed with the correct customer names and numbers. A nickname or reservation without a mobile number is not accepted.
4. Using mobile phones and speaking in loud voices affects the tranquility of the place and the comfort of customers and causes the session to be cancelled in order to ensure the quality of service.
5. The customer is responsible for any damages he causes within the center’s facility or tampering with the center’s facilities and tools.
6. Verbal or physical harassment of center employees will be reported to the relevant security authorities to take the necessary action.
7. Naqaa Clock is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal property within its centers. Customers should take care of their personal belongings within the center and not leave them without any personal supervision.
8. Harassment of specialists exposes you to accountability and holds you responsible for the legal procedures according to the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Sa'at Naqaa Center has the right to share your data with the relevant authorities in accordance with the regulations.
9. The management is not responsible for the loss of personal items inside the center or during home services. Customers must be careful with their personal items and belongings, as the Hour of Purity disclaims any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property. Visitors are requested to take care of their own personal belongings.
