Cancellation and Refund Policy:


We are pleased to welcome and serve you at the Sa'at Naqaa centers. In order to provide the best services and preserve your rights, please review the cancellation and refund policy. We wish you a happy Sa'at Naqaa:


  1. The client has the right to cancel the reservation and receive a refund one day before the session date. In the event of cancellation after that, an administrative fee of 20% of the total reservation value will be deducted.
  2. Regarding seasons, official holidays, and the last ten days of Ramadan, the full reservation value will be deducted in the event of failure to show up on the specified date or cancellation of the reservation.
  3. The client has the right to replace the specialist within the first ten minutes of the session. In the event of cancellation of the session after the start, the administrative fees and the value of the session tools used will be deducted at a rate of 20% of the session value.
  4. The client is not entitled to a refund or any part thereof after twenty minutes from the start of the session.
  5. The amount of invoices or reservations will not be refunded after one month from their date, and the center is not responsible for their failure to use them.
  6. The center is not responsible for the loss of personal property.
  7. No refunds will be issued in the event of verbal or physical assault or harassment of employees and specialists.
  8. An administrative fee of 20% of the session value will be deducted if the request is a gift to another person and they are contacted and the request is rejected.
  9. The full value of the gift package will be deducted if the cancellation is made one day before the session date or after the invitation card has been sent to the client.
  10. Delivery and administrative fees will be deducted if the specialist arrives for the home service and the customer cancels it for any reason, or if the specialist arrives and does not respond to calls or receive the specialist.
  11. If payment is made via bank transfer or point of sale, the amount will be returned to the same account within five business days , according to the cancellation and refund policy. This will result in deducting administrative fees.
  12. The customer is not entitled to exchange the types of sessions or refund their value in marketing coupons.
  13. The Sa'at Naqaa Center has the right to cancel any reservation or appointment and not provide services according to the circumstances and cases determined by the center.
  14. All conversations with the Sa'at Naqa Center via official social media are considered recorded, and the Sa'at Naqa Center has the right to reuse them without any liability.
  15. Services are provided according to the available capabilities and appointments. No service will be provided or any reservation or appointment will be made without paying the full amount for the sessions to be booked . Any unpaid appointments and reservations will be considered unconfirmed . Any reservation made through the online store will be considered unconfirmed ( and pending ). Appointments will be confirmed according to the available capabilities after contacting the customer service department.
  16. Session reservation fees are paid based on available dates and are processed after the reservations department staff confirms the availability of the initial reservation.
  17. We apologize for not accepting reservations and appointments for barbershop services during seasons, holidays, or times specified by the management.
  18. The management is not responsible for the loss of personal items inside the center or during home services. Customers must be careful with their personal items and belongings, as the Hour of Purity disclaims any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property. Visitors are requested to take care of their own personal belongings.


  • If any amount is refunded as a result of canceling a service or order, the amount will be returned to the customer's wallet within the app , and the balance can be used for any future purchase through the app.
  • The Site Policies, Terms and Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet requirements and standards, or any other conditions relating to the Site, Services or Prices from time to time. Therefore, customers are encouraged to visit these sections frequently in order to be updated about changes to the Site and Policy.
